How can I refund a transaction?

A refund is directly related to a Credit/Debit Card Deposit and can only be refunded up to the amount of the original deposit.

A refund is only possible after the funds are captured (customer charged) and will create a completely new outgoing transaction that will show as a credit on the customer’s credit card.
