MasterCard – You have up to 30 days to respond to a chargeback if you intend to represent it. The time to respond to any Pre-Arbitration will be mentioned in the email notification we send. Please respond by the due date mentioned in our email if you intend to decline the Pre-Arbitration. All Pre-Arbitrations which are not responded to on or before the specified date will be accepted. The same applies to Pre-Compliance cases too.
