You have up to 30 days to respond to a chargeback if you intend to represent it. The time to respond to a Second/Arbitration Chargeback is 20 days. The due date to respond will be separately mentioned in our email notification for any Pre-Arbitration or Pre-Compliance you receive. We will be accepting cases for which we don’t receive any rebuttal from you on or before the due date.
You have time up to 18 days to respond to a VISA dispute. The time to respond to any Pre-Arbitration will be mentioned in the email notification we send. Please respond by the due date mentioned in our email if you intend to decline the Pre-Arbitration. All Pre-Arbitrations which are not responded to on or before the specified date will be accepted. The same applies to Pre-Compliance cases too.
