The Admin User functionality enables you as a Merchant to administrate PSAdmin Users within your company (hereafter referred to as “Group”) without any interaction by PXP Financial. PXP Financial will create one or multiple Master Users for you.
As a Master User you can:
- Create new PS Admin users within your group
- Distribute available user roles within your group
- Update Details (Email, Name, Phone) of users within your group
- Reset the Password of users within your Group
- Disable/Enable PS Admin Users within your group
- View PS Admin Users within your group
Please request from our support team the master user manual.
As a Master User you cannot:
- Distribute the Admin User Role
- Add/Delete IP addresses
- Create new User Roles
- Change Usernames
