Here is a list of payment states in PSA (kindly note that this is not a comprehensive list) with a short description. If you find any payment state which is not described, please connect with one of the Zendesk Admin to update the same.

| ApprovedByMerchantScoring | The merchant-specific automated risk scoring system has approved this transaction |
| ApprovedByPaymentScoring | The CQR automated risk scoring system has approved this transaction. |
| ApprovedByPaymentScoringPhase2 | After the payment result was received from the provider, the transaction was approved a second time by Payment Scoring. |
| ApprovedBySupervisor | A supervisor has approved this withdrawal |
| AuthenticateBy3DSecureADSAbortedByCustomer | The Activation During Shopping (ADS) phase of 3-D Secure Authentication was aborted by the customer |
| AuthenticateBy3DSecureAttemptsPerformed | The card used in this transaction is enrolled in 3-D Secure, and while the card was not fully authenticated, proof of the authorization attempt was obtained by CQR. |
| AuthenticateBy3DSecureErrorOccured | The 3-D Secure network was unable to process this authorization request with the information provided in the request |
| AuthenticateBy3DSecureErrorReported | The 3-D Secure network has reported a technical error in processing this authorization request. |
| AuthenticateBy3DSecureFailed | This card was not authenticated by 3- D Secure. However, under certain circumstances the transaction may still continue |
| AuthenticateBy3DSecureResponseReceived | A response to the 3-D Secure authorization request has been received. |
| AuthenticatedBy3DSecure | This card/user was authenticated by 3- D Secure. |
| AuthoriseErrorReportedByProvider | The payment provider has experienced an internal error while authorizing this payment. |
| AuthoriseRequestSentToProvider | A request to authorize this payment has been sent to the payment provider - awaiting reply. |
| AuthoriseResponseReceivedFromProvider | The payment provider has provided a response to the payment authorization request |
| BlockedByMerchantScoring | The merchant-specific risk scoring system has blocked this withdrawal request, pending review by the merchant. |
| BlockedByPaymentScoring | The CQR payment system has blocked this withdrawal request, pending review by the CQR Risk Team. |
| BlockedByPaymentScoringPhase2 | After the payment result was received from the provider, the transaction was reviewed and blocked by Payment Scoring, pending review by the CQR Risk Team. |
| CancelErrorReportedByProvider | The payment provider has experienced an internal error while executing the cancel request on this payment |
| Cancelled | This payment has been cancelled (no funds were transferred). |
| CancelRefusedByProvider | The payment provider has refused a cancel request. |
| CancelResponseReceivedFromProvider | The payment provider has provided a response to the payment cancellation request. |
| CaptureErrorReportedByProvider | The payment provider reported an error in capturing the payment |

| ChargedBackNoFunds | The CQR Payment system has attempted to debit the user account for the amount of the reported chargeback, but was unable to do so due to insufficient funds on the user account. |
| ChargedBackProcessedByMerchant | The chargeback has been processed by the merchant. |
| ChargedBackReversedByMerchant | The chargeback has been reversed by the merchant |
| ChargedBackReversedByProvider | The payment provider has reversed (cancelled) this chargeback |
| Created | This is the initial state of all payments - serves as a timestamp |
| DepositedByProvider | The provider has approved the transfer of funds from the user's external account to the merchant/CQR. |
| EnrolledInThreeDSecure | The card used in this transaction is enrolled in the 3-D Secure online verification program. |
| ExecutedByProvider | The provider has approved the transfer of funds from the user's external account to the merchant/CQR |
| ExecuteErrorReportedByProvider | The payment provider has experienced an error while executing this payment. |
| ExecuteRequestSentToProvicer | A request to execute this payment has been sent to the payment provider - awaiting reply. |
| ExecuteResponseReceivedFromProvider | The payment provider has provided a response to the execution request for this payment. |
| Expired | The user has failed to conclude the transaction within the time window specified - the transaction has been cancelled and the redirect information passed to the user is no longer valid |
| FailedToInitiatePayment | The withdrawal was not initiated by the CQR payment service (i.e. the registered credit card has expired). |
| FailedToReconcileWithProvider | The reconciliation for this payment has failed. |
| FailedToSettleWithProvider | The settlement for this payment has failed. |
| InitiateErrorReportedByProvider | The payment provider reported an error in initiating the transaction. |
| InitiateRequestSentToProvider | A request to initiate the transaction has been sent to the payment provider - awaiting reply |

| NotifyPaymentStateErrorReportedByMerchant | The merchant has failed to process this payment state change notification. |
| NotifyPaymentStateRefusedByMerchant | The merchant has refused the state change notification (the payment state is incompatible with the merchant). |

| PendingOnCustomer | This payment requires input on the part of the customer in order to be completed. |
| PendingOnMerchant | This payment requires input on the part of the merchant in order to be completed. |
| PendingOnOperator | This payment requires input on the part of the operator in order to be completed. |
| PendingOnProvider | This payment requires input on the part of the provider in order to be completed. |
| PendingReview | This withdrawal request has been flagged by a supervisor as suspicious, and is pending review by the CQR Risk Team - the funds are currently being withheld. |
| PendingToBeCaptured | This payment is scheduled to be captured with the next provider capturing batch. |
| ProviderCommunicationErrorOccured | An error has occurred in the communication process with the provider |
| ProviderCommunicationInitiateRequestErrorOccurred | An error has occurred in the initiation phase of this payment with the provider. |
| QueryPaymentStateCommunicationErrorOccurred | An error has occurred when querying the state of this payment with the provider. |
| QueryPaymentStateRequestSentToProvider | A state query has been sent to the provider - awaiting reply. |
| QueryPaymentStateResponseReceivedFromProvider | A response have been received from the provider regarding the current state of this payment. |
| ReassignedFromAnotherUser | This transaction and any related funds have been reassigned from another user. |

| ReconciledWithProvider | The reconciliation file has been received and this transaction has been matched successfully. |
| RedirectDataCreated | The information for redirecting the customer to the 3-D Secure confirmation page has been created and sent. |
